Although the firm's emphasis is on personal injury and criminal defense, the firm has substantial expertise in preparing basic wills and guardianship documents and probate of estates. We have developed this expertise as a result of having been an ongoing law firm for over 35 years in Western Oregon. More complex estate planning for larger estates is generally referred out to expert law firms in our area.
The firm is also equipped to deal with business and real estate fraud litigation. Because many aspects of these kinds of cases mirror the defense or prosecution in a criminal case and may often have similar components to injury cases (wage and profit loss, cost of expert assistance), we are naturally geared toward taking care of these matters. We have handled cases involving false representations and fraudulent sale of real estate, businesses, embezzlements, interstate fraud and products liability.
